Similar as ProRep a project management tool, but with a slightly different goal. Very up to date with the unique not scrolling command button bar, rather more simple but more flexible than ProRep, can be used as project discussion data base too. Very suitable as Issue collection and knowledge database at the Helpdesk. A variant of this Database, together with ProAdmin, is used for instance by a Distributer to handle and to track returned goods from resellers.

An universal configuration and personalization database for use by a productive database such as ProTticket for instance, but not limited to. Definition of default values, of customers data, of Service Level Agreements, of application constants, etc. Coworkers data or Customer addresses can be stored within this database, if this kind of data isn't available elsewhere by LDAP. The same applies to data of products stored in (legacy) relational databases. Though such data may be accessed from ProTicket directly through JDBC, it may be desirable in some cases to buffer this kind of data for security or other reasons. ProAdmin is prepared for these tasks.
